It was my cousins first time, my third. She went with no expectations as she'd never done it before.It was extremely relaxing, all the advice and information we were given before was very helpful in giving her a good experience.I enjoyed it as always, lots of peace, and calming of my mind. The body feels great after and the mine is reset!Ready to go again!!
