We highly recommend Classic Pools. Tommy did a repair on our pool light. He did an outstanding job. Our pool is a dark gray. When the outer ring needed to be replaced and only a white ring was in stock Tommy did not hesitate in ordering the right color for us. He knew this meant he would have to return a couple of days later after the pool had been refilled and go into a very cold pool. It was a small cosmetic difference, he didn't have to go above and beyond, but he did!!!! Thanks Tommy and Jim!

Not a fan; The technicians were knowledgeable and deserve that credit. My home warranty referred them and my pool pump was replaced with a dual speed. However, the timer was web based and would not align with my phone. Seems like that should have been tested prior as not everyone has access to the internet or a smart phone. However, that could be forgiven but I will not opt for service with this company due to the attitude of the admin assistant. I inquired about the electric rebate and instead of accepting her flat response NO: I researched it with the electric company and asked further questions as the electric company confirmed only their customers were eligible.
