Jeff and Bill are good guys. These guys are not miracle workers and one should have expectations in line with what they have to work with. They can’t make floors to be what they are not, but they can make them to be the best they can be, IMO. Kudos to Bill for 30 years of pride in his workmanship working for Jeff.

This company is great! I had put off stripping and staining my concrete floor for so many years because of the expense. When I finally started getting estimates I was amazed at the disparities. Jeff's bid was $2K less than other contractor I was considering. I decided to start with the bedroom and bathroom. Bill is very pleasant and worked hard by hand stripping in order to reduce the use of chemical stripping. He helped me choose a color and did everything possible to make me happy (which ain't always easy!). Office manager Missy is an absolute gem to work with, always responsive and customer-oriented. I had some water damage to part of my hardwood floors which required some minor repairs and sanding and refinishing throughout to match that area. The first contractor ghosted me. Jeff, Cimaco's owner, not only agreed to do the job for a fair price, but also to get it done the week before Christmas while I was out of town visiting family. Keith, the guy in charge of the work, and his assistant figured out how to do it without having to remove a couple of very large house plants. And Stacey, the office manager, was always a real pleasure to deal with. The floor looked like new.
