Great service by Tony, who has helped us before! Really nice man! This time, our refrigerator died. He was informative, but not pushy. He helped us make the perfect choice! Next, the delivery guys were great! They were friendly, respectful, and careful with our door and new refrigerator. It was installed carefully and explained all well and answered any questions. We are quite happy!

Evan repaired our dishwasher yesterday and was FANTASTIC! He was prompt, professional, thorough, and kind to us (and even very kind to our puppy who LOVED him). We really appreciated him quickly solving our problem and it was a pleasure to work with him! Thanks!!!

Helpful salesperson who wasn't afraid to tell me they had a floor model that could save me money. Ryan was the installer who was both friendly and competent. No surprises along the way. And even without the floor model, they were cheaper than the major chains!

I had an excellent experience at the Broadway location with purchasing appliances for a condo remodel. I purchased the appliances over the Presidents' Day sale and then had them stored at Christie's until the contractor got the kitchen ready for install in spring. There were a few bumps on the way - plumbing for a new dishwasher install - but everything was resolved in a timely manner. Special hats off to Adrian for good communication and follow-up. Would not hesitate to use Christie's again for future purchases.
