“I have heard that the definition of insanity is to keep repeating the same thing that does not work. That moment of realization came after leaving the office of my last chiropractor feeling hopeless about the recurring pain and stiffness in my back. He cracked my back and it felt better, but I knew it was just a matter of time before the cycle started over. I had to find a solution that worked. I needed real healing to my nervous system.
