Charlie Spaulding was truly an amazing Realtor , who went out of his way to hold our hands for a Tucson home sale, even though we lived in Phoenix he held our hands , a long arms length! he had good ideas every step of the way for this fairly difficult sale of an Estate property. He had a positive response for every issue that arose, and had good resources from moving, to Handyman work and general advice and pricing for our home.

I would not hesitate to refer Charlie to anyone and would like to use him again if I have the opportunity.

Charlie Spaulding was an excellent real estate agent from the get-go. He responded quickly to our needs (needed a quick sale) and we had an offer within the first week of listing. Living out-of-town was also challenging for us, but Charlie went above and beyond by meeting contractors, inspectors at the home, all the while making sure he was in communication with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

As first time home buyers trying to find a home during a pandemic we were pretty nervous going into the process.
