Paul did a meticulous job on my carpet and wool rugs. He re-stretched several carpet areas, that had buckled, and were beginning to show inconsistent wear and dirt. In preparation for cleaning, he pre-treated all, then adjusted water temperature between the synthetic carpet and wool rugs, to ensure effective cleaning of both fiber types, without material damage. Carpet Savers is a great resource, and excellent value for cleaning your rugs and carpet. I plan to have Paul return, to clean my tile flooring, on his next visit.
