Set an appointment and was seen immediately as soon as I arrived. Staff was polite and friendly, and the medical staff that I met with was knowledgeable and went above to get me next steps care.
I had cut my leg badly and needed stitches. I wish I could remember the LPNs name as she was beyond great. The nurse was also fantastic. She did what she had to do and the LPN stitched me up with a caste and cover rarely seen these days. I showed it to a Dr. Friend of mine and she said she would not have done that as good as the LPN did. A truly dedicated and conscientious staff who does the right thing.
I love the ladies up front they're so awesome and I have such a good attitude and smiles on their faces The dogs were good too I guarantee you if I need to go to another urgent Care I will be going back to Northwest so thank you ladies have a beautiful day
