I have been coming to Briar crest since moving here to Tucson. Probably discovered this vet back in 2009. Every single vet I have had manage my multiple pets healthcare have been exceptional. The staff also have been wonderful. The vets and staff truly do care about your pets as close to them as you do. They listen to concerns and I do not second guess their care. I highly recommend this practice. Dr Maki is my primary vet and is out of this world amazing!
We are new to Briarcrest, first, the CSR who answered my call was professional, knowledgeable and so polite. They were able to get us in the very next day. At the appointment, both the vet tech and vet were caring, listened to me and asked great questions to better help my dog and his situation. We have found a new vet clinic at Briarcrest! Highly recommend!!
Dr Schmieder saw my cat, Fiona, about a rather distressing and unsightly issue. Detailed history and exam were completed. Probable cause of the issue was discussed in detail. A plan of care was agreed upon and initiated. At home, Fiona is already showing signs of feeling better. I am extremely grateful and happy with the care Fiona received.
