Extremely knowledgeable! I am extremely grateful for their patience and expertise. All the staff at Bornstein have treated me well through out the years. I've been coming to this place since 2017 to do my taxes and will continue to do so.
Tons of traffic isn't always bad. Over the past year, I've watched people walking in and out of Bornstein's Tax Services, many with flowers, donuts, coffee, and leaving looking satisfied. I wanted a piece of that pie (service). Made an appointment and was helped on time, greeting by Anita with friendliness and promptness. Appreciated the team work they had in place, like a well-oiled machine, I met Rebeca right away. What makes a good business? Those that put the people first. And Rebeca and Anita did just that.
