I just had a session with Andy Blum. She is AMAZING!!! I was told years ago I had a shorter leg, rotating my pelvis and causing me back pain. That wasn't the case. Andy helped me to understand the core issue. She worked on the problem muscle and gave me exercises to do. I feel free and agile. I will definitely be seeing her again. There is no doubt that she knows what she's doing. BEST BY FAR!!
