They do not stand behind their work. They are not a licensed ROC installer they use other people's ROC numbers, so they have no responsibility after they sell you the job. My job was scheduled for completion in 3 days. It took almost one year to get it completed. And that was with no help from big bully turf at all. I had to go to register of contractor's and file a claim against the company that big bully turf Hired to do my job.
