We had an unexpected water heater leak that caused a major mess, and I can’t say enough good things about Better Way Services for helping us through it from start to finish. Their team not only handled the cleanup quickly and professionally but also took care of the entire renovation afterward—and the results were fantastic. Gary, the project manager, was truly outstanding. He kept us updated throughout the entire process, was responsive, thorough, and made sure everything stayed on track. Every vendor he brought in was top-notch, and it was clear that he holds his team to a high standard. Morgan and Tim, from Best Way, were also phenomenal—professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We’re so impressed with their work and customer service that we plan to use Best Way Services again for upcoming renovation projects. Highly recommend!
My bathroom was flooded due to the upstairs neighbor having a problem with her toilet. Better Way is very professional and timely in all their dealings. Decided to remodel while they were here, and I have a beautiful new bathroom. Sadly, it was flooded a second time, once again from plumbing issues upstairs. Better Way came back and fixed all the water damage. I’d like to give a special shout out to Gary & Alfred, both were extraordinarily helpful.
I was fortunate to be stewarded by Better Way Services through a 6-month grueling house renovation -- by both Brandon and the Better Way crew directly, and by hazard specialists hired for asbestos removal. To prepare, Billy methodically removed ALL kitchen cabinets and appliances (!!), storing them in adjacent rooms. They lingered after the entire restoration project was completed to see that smallest details were attended to, utilizing custom creative talents best suited for my 40s era hand-made house.
