I love Banner University Medical Center. All of them. Everyone is so nice and respectful and I have been going to the Banner University Medical Centers for as long as I can and can't remember. LOL.

I love my PCP Dr. chabayta however the front office staff are completely unprofessional and loud. As a professional they shouldn’t be loud discussing personal matters. It’s not respectable and the staff made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would prefer to speak to the office manger if there is one.

Went all the way there after checking lab hours online to find they now leave at 4 pm. Now I have to come back and pick up another lab sample kit and come back again to drop it off.
