Banner - University Medicine Clinic Tucson provides excellent and attentive care to its patients. The ER staff, from the front desk to the triage nurse and ER resident assistants, delivered exceptional service even on a busy Superbowl Sunday. Patients were seen promptly, and thorough tests were conducted. The ER doctor remained on-site to evaluate and treat all aspects of the patient's trauma. In another visit, the patient received prompt attention, with the check-in to evaluation process taking only 5 minutes. The nurses, Emily and Eric, went above and beyond to assist the patient, explaining procedures, introducing the resident, and checking on test results. The resident even brought the patient a sandwich. Patients from a small town in southeastern Arizona traveled to Tucson to receive the care they could not get locally. The clinic's staff, including the approachable and professional Joanie, listen to patients and explain information in an understandable way.
The specialist my son saw was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. She communicated very well and thoroughly covered the things we needed to have addressed. We learned a tremendous amount of information from the doctor and felt so at ease after the visit.
Doctor and medical assistant were excellent!
The scheduling and support staff seem bothered with my presence, we’re speaking to each other in Spanish as if I was unaware of the conversation they were having about me, and made no attempt to call me if they had any cancellations as requested. It’s really too bad because the doctor in the medical assistant are excellent and I can’t wait to see them again.
Sleep clinic at Banner is very good. The staff is welcoming and efficient. The doctors are your cheerleaders in making improvements in your health. They willingly answer any questions about your care and goals.
