My baby Taro had such a great time here! I boarded him for 7 days and got grooming too. Everyone is so friendly here and so helpful. You can tell the staff here all really love dogs. They do a meet and greet before boarding to get your pup used to the facility and the staff members. Taro loved all of them and he got spoiled with so many treats. The kennels were clean and spacious and you can request more private ones if your dog doesn’t do well with other dogs. This was my first time boarding here and my two puppies are new to me rescues from shelters so I was really nervous about boarding them anywhere. The crew here has been amazing. I called twice a day to check on my kids —and the staff was always so reassuring and friendly. I can’t say enough great things. I can see why they’ve gotten so many five star reviews!! We’ll be back again for sure.
We are new dog owners and Balboa's was kind, attentive, and made our anxious pup feel at home. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful place for boarding and grooming!
