Zach was exceedingly helpful. He answered all of my (dozens) of questions with easy to understand answers. He never once tried to talk down to me for being female in a typically male store (looking at you Home Depot). He gave me all the answers and steps to making my car look beautiful. I originally left with 2 items then came back 3 hrs later because I knew Zach would still be there to make sure I got the right products to get started. I'm signing up for a class ASAP. Customer service is definitely 5 ⭐. Id give them 10/5 if I could. I will absolutely keep coming back thanks to the service and RESPECT I got as a new DIY-er.
