I love the energy, physical benefits, spiritual benefits and culture involved! The performances are fantastic! It takes a great team to have a place like this for kids and adults of all ages.
Axé Capoiera is an exceptional studio for capoira. My son took classes there for almost a year, and the level of training and community there were outstanding. The owners/instructors are friendly and welcoming. The studio is lovely with wooden floors, a full wall mirror on one wall and a mural on the other. I highly recommend this place!
