I live out of state, 2600 miles away. My mother passed away unexpectedly and I was unable to make the trip down there. I have never felt more compassion, kindness, empathy, patience and understanding from a business during a stressful, heartbreaking time in my life then I have with the employees here. Everyone I spoke to was always nice. Any questions I had, they would explain in detail so I could understand. We had many bumps in our road and they patiently waited while we sorted it out. Many family members called to get info and they never shared anything without calling me to make sure I was ok with it. I spoke to Mario the most and during this difficult time he treated me, my family and my feelings with care. I wish more businesses and people were as professional and pleasant as them. Avenidas Cremation and Burial was amazing. Fron my first phone call to the day we walked out of our visitation. I was in aww of the service we received. Beandon helped us out and he was phenomenal. He had lots of patience and seemed to be carrying about what he did. He made sure everything was perfect for my lived on and went above and beyond for us. Brandon was attentive to our needs even when we were so needy. I cant see how some reviews are so negative because Avenidas was truly amazing!!!
