It took me 10 years to find a truly great barber in Tucson, and I’ve been to “all the greats”. I’m extremely picky about my hair and beard—when a cut is off, the gloves come off.
When it comes to men’s hair and beards, Chance is hands-down the best, and it isn’t even close. I trust her implicitly. Nobody else has touched my hair in 5 years. 50+ cuts and not a single mistake nor cancellation—like I said, she’s the best.
On top of that, she’s incredibly personable—always fun, always kind, and someone you actually enjoy sitting and talking with. Can’t recommend her enough.

TLDR: You should go see Chase if you need a haircut/beard trim.
It was dumb luck that I came across Chase and Asylum Barber Studio, but I absolutely lucked out. Not only is she very personable, she's a fantastic barber.
I had been cutting my own hair for a little over three years since the pandemic and decided it was time to get a professional haircut. My wife found Chase online and I decided to give her a shot. Her studio is located inside Luxspace on Broadway and is really quite comfortable. Well decorated and themed for the barbershop name, it's a clean and quiet space.
Chance is the absolute best. My 14 year old has been getting cuts with her for six years and we have followed her whereever she's set up shop. Sometimes my son has a vision of how he wants his hair, sometimes we just trust her expert sheers. We've NEVER been disappointed! She is a consumate professional and knows what she's doing. Now that she's in her own space, we look forward to every appointment, because she keeps Asylum so clean, interesting, welcome, and inviting.
