MIKE came to my house - Educated me on the rodent holes all over my yard. Very professional, knowledgeable and nice. I am so grateful for the information he shared with me. Turns out Kangaroo rats are only seed eaters not car engine destroyers. Thank you Mike so much for all your help.
What do I like most about Arrow Exterminators? The ease with getting an appointment. The safety and reliability of the chemicals you use. When I moved into my house 28 years ago, I had a hidden termite problem to repair. I know a little something about the damage these pests can create. I signed up with a pest control company named Five Star Pest Control, which eventually became Arrow Exterminators. I now have the latest in termite control, the Sentricon system, which protects not only my house but some of the neighborhood also. I don't worry about dangerous insects or their damage anymore.
Arrow Exterminators is the first company that makes me feel heard. Every quarter, I get not only a text reminding me of my next service, but the technician texts me personally and tells me when he is scheduled to show up. If he is running late, he calls and lets me know. I have never had a company with such good customer service.
If you want a company who treats you like a person and not a number, call Kim Casey at Arrow Exterminators.
