I'm so grateful for AVA and their wonderful team. I made the difficult decision to euthanize my ailing 13+ year old boxer. The process was quick and easy and quietly done at home. I really appreciated being able to hold that scared moment in the comfort of our home. These things are never ever easy, but I found peace in the process, and was able to be with Frank until the end.
My husband and I made the difficult decision to say goodbye to our old, ailing dog this weekend. I filled out the form for euthanasia on AVA’s website on Friday morning and within a few hours I was contacted to set up a time for her final appointment. When the vets arrived, they were so, so kind and quick. We had already taken our time saying goodbye and spoiling our puppy and we all knew it was time for her to go. They didn’t rush us but they also didn’t drag things out. I would highly recommend them - they are professional, communicative, compassionate, and kind. All these traits made a very difficult time just a tad easier to bear.
Dr. Wirth, Tarah, and Diana are highly competent, kind, professional, and offer high quality patient care. Great communication skills and easy to get ahold of someone via phone, email, or text. From the first phone call with Tarah to the procedure they did on my cat, I was very impressed. The van is spacious and spotlessly clean. House calls take away one element of stress to keep my cat at ease (no car ride). All team members are highly educated and knowledgeable. I trust them 100% with my cats. I wasn’t even nervous that my fragile cat with cancer on chemo was having sedation (usually I’m a nervous wreck). I highly recommend!
