The location on Campbell in Tucson had diagnosed my laptop the first time but got the diagnosis incorrect, I was experiencing the problem immediately after getting my laptop back... Return the laptop to the Campbell location and then never got a call about my laptop. A month later I decide to call and ask, oh they've only been sitting on my laptop for 2 weeks, knowing the motherboard was fried. *****edit.... picked up my laptop and all the screws that hold the bottom plate on my laptop were wiggly loose****
