He’s prompt, knowledgeable, and leaves his work area neat and clean. He answers any questions that we have and explains everything thoroughly before leaving. Update: He offered to do a free diagnostic on my new softener. He came and did it and found a leak. He fixed the leak and checked all the settings. Thank you!

I would NOT recommend this company! I called them to come and look at my water softener to see if they could repair it. He gave me an estimate and when I was ready, I called them to come and fix it. He came over to do the repair and he said something about the pipes being the wrong size so he would have to come back. I never heard back from him even after emailing and calling numerous times. But things worked out better for us. I got a brand new softener for not much more than he was going to charge to repair...read full review

I have had my system for 3 years. I started out loving the security of clean water. But now after some time, I am finding that I want to rid myself of this system. Still have rings around toilets, maintenance can be hard when strapped, and the noise omg. So loud and lasts for 2 hours every time it refills and cleans. I've had complaints from neighbors, it's been hard. BUT love cleaning products, staff is always helpful, and still use it...obviously.
