This salon is terrific! Front desk people are always kind, helpful and very professional! The technicians use great care and are fantastic at what they do. My provider, Mary Chris is kind, gentle and incredibly dedicated to the process.
The lash tech did a great job! I had initial and refill, but it doesn't work for me. My eyes does not accept it. Service was great for the most part. I thought the different location was a great feature but I guess the return of products policy is non refundable. I think that should be better - its unopened and unused product. This and the transparency of this policy was lacking. Otherwise if you want to try lashes I recommend this shop! I recommend to Buy product only after you know lashes work for you.
