The whole staff is very kind they always greet you and are very professional when you're there and over the phone. I have been coming here to do my taxes for a couple years now and I have never had a problem with Alvaro and his staff. If he is not available, he will give you a call back, or if you wait in their area, he will get to you as soon as he's done with the customer, he's with. I highly recommend getting your taxes done with them, very knowledgeable and professional. Great service! Alvaro is a very knowledgeable and patient person. He has helped us get our business taxes set up correctly, we’ve been doing them wrong and missing out on available credits to us, we have been so happy with the results and feel confident with our filing.
