A few years ago Amanda represented a young friend of mine who was charged with endangerment. This case was overcharged in my opinion and should have warranted nothing more than a misdemeanor disorderly conduct (if that). To make matters worse the young man was in the process of joining the Air National Guard. He also had dreams of being a police officer. This one charge was going to derail those plans. Today he has served two tours of duty in the Middle East and is a well respected officer in a major metropolitan police force.
