A few years ago Amanda represented a young friend of mine who was charged with endangerment. This case was overcharged in my opinion and should have warranted nothing more than a misdemeanor disorderly conduct (if that). To make matters worse the young man was in the process of joining the Air National Guard. He also had dreams of being a police officer. This one charge was going to derail those plans. Amanda was aggressive and managed to get the charge reduced to something acceptable to both the military and law enforcement. Today he has served two tours of duty in the Middle East and is a well respected officer in a major metropolitan police force. None of this would have been possible without Amanda’s hard work and dedication to her client.
