I rarely... if ever... take the time to write reviews, but I had to go out of my way for Aeris Dental. I hadn’t been seen in an EMBARRASSINGLY long time, and as someone with pretty major dental anxiety, even booking an appointment felt like a huge step after years and years of excuses of why I couldn't make the time to go. Took my daughter here for a dental exam/cleaning. They found a few cavities, however they refused to do the dental work unless my daughter was fully sedated. This meant $400 out of pocket. I took her to a pediatric dentist in Tucson, they simply put her on some laughing gas and filled the cavities…and it only cost me $75 out of pocket. This absolutely felt like a scam for profit.
Blown away by the professionalism, skill, kindness and generosity I have seen from Dr. Lan Allen. I have had several unfortunate accidents with broken teeth, and 2 crowns that have fallen off. (from my previous dentist) Not only was he willing to come in on his days off, but he also managed to work with my hectic job schedule and shift work. He even squeezed me in once when his schedule was already fully booked! Pretty sure he didn't get to take a lunch break that day. I am always impressed by how quickly he is able to get me in and out of the dreaded dental chair of torture before my jaw aches from trying to keep my mouth open!
