Highly professional, deliver on deadlines And always competitive and fair in their pricing. For my commercial offices and my own home, I count on Matthew from Advantage for my service work. Never in a rush and extremely thorough, he answers every question and concern that we might have. And frankly he has educated me on many details which are critical to keeping my units both the new ones and the old ones running like a top. I have been using another company in town, but the service has been getting more and more questionable over the years. I decided to search for a new company and came across Advantage. I have to say I have not been this happy with a provider in quite a long time! They sent out their tech, Rafael, and he was absolutely amazing! He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using advantage from now on!

Matthew has come out a couple of times, now, and we are impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. Had to have a larger repair done (full refrigerant) and have elected to contract with their maintenance agreement going forward (2 systems). Looking forward to a rewarding (and transparent) relationship with Advantage Air Mechanical.
