I recently experienced a broken A/C during a very hot spell on a Saturday. Advanced Heating & Air was able to respond to my request for service in less than 2 hours and resolved my issue in about 30 minutes upon arrival. The technician (Tavian) was very professional and courteous, even explaining to me the issue and fix. The office dispatcher/VP (Angela) was also very kind and professional during this stressful ordeal. She even provided me different service options which reduced the cost to me and provided me a peace of mind for future maintenance issues. After getting home from a long drive from California I reallized my AC was not functioning and my place was like an oven, so I immediately called Angela the VP of Advanced Heating & Air, and she was on it! Her guys Sean and Tavian came over within and hour and got me a temporary cooling unit, so I at least could sleep for the night! Then on the next morning Sean and Tavian came back as they promised and hooked me up with a new capacitor which brought my AC back to life! Now everything is very cool! Great service and great team work! I will definetly use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.
