Our situation was somewhat unique since my sister-in-law from Wisconsin passed away while in Arizona. Cayleigh was polite, patient and accommodating while making arrangements for the cremation. At the very end Cayleigh was no longer available. It was a bit frustrating to explain anew what had been done and still needed to be done.
They did a real good job on helping me get done what I had to and pick stuff out let you know how everything was going to go very impressed with the whole experience thank you guys
