On a Wednesday night in late July, with temps over 110 degrees, lightning took out our AC unit. On Thursday, Ron was there by 1 PM. He had a quote for us by 8 AM Friday, and a new, more efficient, and quieter system installed by Saturday afternoon.They don't finance, but provided links to banks that do.Service: Installation

It really bothers me to read reviews slamming this business. I briefly worked for Linda and Ron. 3 weeks after I was hired, I contracted Covid. They were gracious, kind and understanding. They went above and beyond to help me by letting me work from home, work half days, letting me bring my puppy to work when there wasn't anyone else to watch her. Unfortunately, my symptoms persisted so I had to resign. Linda did everything in her power to make my life easier. She truly cared about my health and well-being. Ron and his staff helped me choose a new energy efficient system and made sure everything was installed to my pickiness and liking. He offered an extremely fair price that other companies couldn't beat. On top of this, Ron made extra trips out to inspect the work of his staff and another trip just to come out mark my breaker and teach me how they were set up for my house. I am having a problem getting a part for programming my AC unit and the front office has contacted ME regularly to keep me updated. They return my calls very quickly and respond to emails quickly.
