ABCO took a deposit larger then the actual construction project cost and would not return the excess funds, even under court order. David Shorey you still owe me at least $13,500.00 plus fees and penalties.

Contracted for a street solar project. Paid a deposit for the equipment. After months of emails, ABCO Solar, Inc. made no progress moving the project forward. Filed a complaint with the AZ Register of Contractors. The AZ ROC suspended their license.

In 2019 we had ABCO install the solar panels on our roof. Note prior to installation we were informed we needed to have the clay tiles replaced with cement tiles. Once the new roof tiles were installed ABCO sent a crew out to install the solar panels. The crew sent out was quite destructive. Shortly after the install of the solar panels the damage to the roof tiles done by the ABCO crew was discovered by a contractor who was painting the trim on our home. We chose not to leave a negative review because after notifying ABCO we were informed ABCO would pay to have the roofing company return and replace the damaged cement tiles.
