Dr Rice is kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Despite how busy he is, he does try not to rush you. He's up to date with research, great at educating, gives helpful suggestions & advise while telling you what to look for/ be concerned for - but kindly pulls your worry back to reality with facts, the relative/ reasonable range, & leaves you with a timeline & plan INSTEAD OF STRESSFUL GUESSING. Very clean Clinic & comfortable waiting area with enough space to avoid other pets while managing your own.

Went on shot clinic day. The line was long but they worked quite efficiently. The line moved quickly. Techs and front desk staff was nice with welcoming smile!! Worth the wait in line!

I have been taking my pups to a different ABC location. Today I had to euthanize my beloved 15 1/2 year-old pup Happy. Dr. Rice was beyond wonderful. He was exactly what I needed to know. I was doing the right thing.. He seems to have honest, true passionate love animals and I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Rice you made my day Bearable. I will MissHappy, But never forget you and your staff and will bring happy sister to your location from now on. Love a grateful Pet mom
