Rocky exceeded my expectations with his excellent service and price. His price was significantly below Home Depot, Lowe's and 2 other major plumbing companies in Tucson.
Rocky delivered same day service when the others couldn't. He had cut and solder to re-route the gas line because of the size difference of the new hot water heater, which took additional time. He also put in coupling fitting for the water lines. All for the initial price quote. He also suggested a cutoff valve and a longer nipple to make draining the tank easier.
