There really should be an option for 6 or 7 stars. I've been working with A&D for decades to service my AC, heating, and evaporative cooler (yes, I still use those!). It's a family business with Jack doing the service and Louise very responsively handling the calls, emails, and texts. Rates are the lowest around, and Jack's technical skills are up there with the best. Failures and problems are addressed quickly and correctly. And, as others have noted, every visit by Jack is a joy.

Jack at A&D went beyond and above to get us cool air within 24hrs! First he’s just a decent human being, so honest not trying to make a big sale- simply wants to do the very best thing for his customers. Second he’s full of expertise and was speedy and efficient in our fix. He worked hard to get us cool air in this horrible summer heat and he even came by the next week to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. Oh and huge bonus when you call A&D they are super quick at answering your call and so kind. Very grateful for this company and Jack’s services!

PS two of our close friends have used him too for repairs and also had excellent experiences!

Jack and Sean are such pros but are also very personable, which made the experience of getting my hvac unit upgrades so much more pleasant. Jack is thoughtful in his bids and gives all options, often suggesting a less expensive solution. They were absolute champs, dealing with other contractors mistakes and making sure things were in order. Great work, Tucson native, family business and Jack could’ve been a comedian.. he had me laughing every time we spoke. 11 out of 10 stars!!Services: Ventilated ceiling installation
