I highly recommend this place. I think it will be a up and coming hang out or an ideal place to live-work-remote. I'd hope the owners would be up for putting up things like military tents, tee pee's, monkey huts, or whatever works. Just keep the rain off things that don't need to be rained on. Help these people ANY way you can.... ANY way you can. Why aren't there more people wanting to live here? :)
