I had one of the worst service experiences here, and it cost me almost an entire working day.
I checked in around 9:00 AM for service. From morning until 3:00 PM, I waited with no progress at all, while the service bays were clearly empty and not being used. There was no rush, no line of trucks being worked on — just empty bays and no action.
Around 1:00 PM, I came back to the counter to politely ask if maybe my phone number was written down incorrectly. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. He said, “I have your number. I’ll call you,” and brushed me off. No call. No text. Nothing.
At 3:00 PM, I came in again and found a different employee at the counter. He told me that they had switched shifts, and that he had no record of me being in the queue at all — no notes, no information, nothing. Then he casually told me I would have to wait again.
At that point, I had no choice but to leave. I lost almost an entire shift and a full day of income because of this complete lack of organization and basic professionalism.
The attitude of the staff was unacceptable — rude, careless, and disrespectful toward drivers. Management seriously needs to reconsider who they put behind the counter, because behavior like this directly damages the Love’s brand.
This location is poorly managed, poorly coordinated, and shows zero respect for drivers’ time. Very disappointing.

Was very disappointed in this place. My company called 6 hours in advance to make an appointment. When I rolled in I checked in asap. The guy behind the counter told me they got me on the list..... 3 hours later still no call so I walk in to check to see how long they were thinking. The young man behind the counter said they just did shift change and they didn't have a tech till 7am the next morning. Mind you I rolled in at around 2/3 pm. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and service they offered

Is it really impossible to clean it properly? People are paying money for all of this, money they earn through hard work! How can anyone swim there if they can't even clean it properly? It's terrible!

Its about an 2 1/2 because on stars for me because the staff is a 10 as far as friendly and helpful but the facility itself is in need of a serious makeover bathrooms are not really that clean and a plus is the water didn't have water softener in it because I dont know why these truck stops be having water softeners because you will Damm near break your neck in the shower because it be so slippery and it dont wash off of your body it leaves a slimy film on you and another thing and this goes for all truck stops or whatever the tissue dispenser should be in the middle of the wall not right next to your legs while you are on the toilet 🤷🏾♂️💯
