Its about an 2 1/2 because on stars for me because the staff is a 10 as far as friendly and helpful but the facility itself is in need of a serious makeover bathrooms are not really that clean and a plus is the water didn't have water softener in it because I dont know why these truck stops be having water softeners because you will Damm near break your neck in the shower because it be so slippery and it dont wash off of your body it leaves a slimy film on you and another thing and this goes for all truck stops or whatever the tissue dispenser should be in the middle of the wall not right next to your legs while you are on the toilet 🤷🏾♂️💯
The staff is amazing, friendly and Robert did a great job, however the shop needs to improved the labor time, they short staff and I think that's the reason, but it's not an excuse to delay drivers journy.I did an oíl change, everything was good, ? my truck started inmediatez. My appoinment was at 11:30 and I was out at 3:30 ?Thanks guys you did great, next time let us take less time!Outside the building they has a road assistent yellow truck, do not forget to take a pict, it's so cute!
