There are a lot of HVAC companies in the area, but this is hands down the best one! The customer service Andy provides is above and beyond. I recommend this company to all my fellow builders.

I called Sunstate on a Saturday as the air conditioning unit in my condo hadn't been working at full capacity and the elevated temperatures were making it worse. I called my HOA and they recommended Sunstate who does the repairs for our complex. I'm not writing this review because of services I received , I'm writing because when I called, there was a bit of confusion as they only work on outside units. Normally that would be the end of it but Lisa, who took the call went above and beyond to make sure I found a company that could take care of me. She even followed up later to make sure I got things lined up. I think this speaks volumes not only about Lisas excellent customer service but also about a company that still holds value in making sure the customers needs are taken care of even when they're not necessarily going to be your customer.

I wished I could give Sunstate Mechanical MORE than 5 stars! ... When it comes to the vital service of climate control in Arizona, the value of knowing a truly outstanding, kind, and honest master in the AC trade is beyond a simple review. I have used Sunstate to service my business' 50 air conditioning units for a decade. I rely on that expertise for my home as well. The peace of mind and, more importantly, the lack of stress Sunstate provides my company and family is worth a good 20 stars. ??
