The 1st shop I outreached regarding needing a new Rav 4 key fob, (co starts with an A) was received with a rude and dismissive response, so no thank you! I moved on in search of someone who’d appreciate my business. That someone was JOSH at Sundial! From appointment scheduling to ringing up the sale he was helpful, jovial and professional. Kai was amazing! He was closed but allowed us to come in. He fixed the fob and key on a really difficult key fob for a VW Jetta. I would recommend him and Sundial Locksmith to anyone needed help with locks and especially for car key fobs!

I am at a loss for words. After being told a replacement key from a dealer was going to cost upwards of $400, Kai was able to assist me, after hours with no complaints. Next level customer service. I will be coming here for every need I might have for keys, locks, etc. Thank you!!!
