Ronan did a fantastic job on my pool! He did a pressure wash and acid wash, repaired 9 tiles that fell off, cleaned all the tiles, refilled the pool and added the startup chemicals. This entire process took 6 days and he kept us informed during every phase including when he would arrive. I really appreciate the honesty, to help us make informed decisions throughout the entire process. The pool looks fantastic and I really appreciate what Sun Devil Pools have done for us.

I was able to work with Kim on a Saturday with an O-ring that was demolished and the empeller was damaged because of it. I brought in the entire motor and all parts connected to it. She quickly replaced all the damaged parts and super patiently showed me how to do it. She struggled with the wiring harness due to not having all the correct tools and the old parts being stuck to the motor, eventually she got it. I took it home and connected it all back up. While I was connecting it back up, she called to make sure it was going well!! Of course, I was not done, so it was more for well needed encouragement!!
