time and time again j am let down and dissapointed in this institution. not only have i gone multiple times over the course of my college experience and recieved little to no help, and crappy healthcare, but the appointment turnaround time is just ridiculous. i mean how can you make me wait over a month and a half to see a therapist, only to tell me i will be seen been a STUDENT and not a real doctor… i mean ive had days were i really struggled mentally and came to them in crisis and they literally hit me with a sorry we cant see u :// and try to make an appointment for a month out. i have been trying to get a medication refill for months and now i have been out of...read full review
Don't even bother coming here if it's any kind of emergency. You'll end up waiting upwards of 3 hours even if you need immediate medical attention. You would assume there would be some kind of emergency response system, atleast for serious cases
I've been going here to address my medical needs over the last year. The front staff for the entrance and primary care services have been professional and friendly in my experience. I've had the pleasure to be helped by David Eisenbise FNP, who has been attentive, warm, and non-judgemental in the several visits I've had with him. I especially appreciate his willingness to answer questions and go into detail regarding the concerns I bring him. The phone operators at their referral office have been kind and helpful, and especially prompt in ensuring that l successfully connect with outside specialists.
