I've had the pleasure of trying out several dog training places, but this one truly stands out as the best. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I had found something special. The trainers here are exceptional. Their knowledge, understanding, and kindness set them apart. The training environment is fantastic. Unlike large facilities, this place is cozy, essentially one room, creating a close-knit and more intimate experience. There's a genuine focus on you and your dog, eliminating distractions and fostering a more authentic connection. As well, they provide detailed sheets after each class, outlining what was covered in the class. This allowed me to continue practicing at home effectively. They handed out a new sheet weekly. The trainers bring their personal dogs and service dogs to the classes. Their dogs are a testament to their expertise. Seeing their own dogs in action convinced me of their legitimacy as trainers – a unique aspect I haven't observed elsewhere. The transparency of their schedule on their website is amazing. You know exactly what you're signing up for, and it reflects their commitment to a well-structured program. Beyond their exceptional training expertise, I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredibly supportive atmosphere here. During one of the classes, my dog had a few accidents on the floor, and I couldn't help but feel disappointed and embarrassed. Not only did they offer to clean it up and insisted on taking care of it for me multiple times, the trainers handled the situation with compassion and understanding.They immediately reassured me that accidents happen, and that all dogs have accidents sometimes-- especially when they are young and still learning. Their words of encouragement were not only comforting but also genuine. One of the trainers even shared a personal experience of their own service dog having an accident , which made me feel understood and less alone in the situation. It's clear that the trainers here not only excel in their knowledge and skills but also prioritize creating a supportive and understanding environment for both pets and their owners.
