Nathan came out the fix my A/C .He was very though trsting the lines making sure everthing in the house and outside worked. My issue was a blown fuse. Had it ready to go in no time. He is through professional and a l around good person to have fix your a/c. Really appreciate him and his work ethic.
My experience with this company has been great. Every tech has came to my house was very friendly and helpful. Except for my last visit I had with Jason. He was friendly at the beginning of the visit. Then he went outside to look at the unit. He came back in started to sell me a warranty and got little pushy about it. I told him I should have a warranty on it and he told me it was only good for a year. I’m looking at my papers and it saids 10yrs on it. But anyways he got little rude and left. So that visit wasn’t great at all.
SMW Refrigeration and Heating is my new favorite company. David was amazing. Super thorough, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I recommend 10/10. You won’t be disappointed.
