My neighbor referred me to Luis of SCC. My neighbor's wife got into a fender bender and I saw how impeccable the repair job was done on her car. You could never tell this car was even touched. I was T-boned in my 2023 Tesla. It was bad and I couldn't find any Tesla Certified body shop to accept a "Tow-In". All within 100 miles radius from Phoenix were booked at least 2-4 months out. My insurance wasn't really helping either as they can only pay storage fees where the car was impounded for so long. They asked me to move it to a "storage free" facility (i.e. my home). I contacted Luis from SCC and he affirmed SCC can work on Tesla and that they can tow my car to their facility right away. Such a relief! He was professional and reassuring and did not over promise anything. Long story short, they did a wonderful job showing that the car is a Total Loss. The insurance wouldn't accept that and wanted to pay minimal costs to repair the vehicle. Kidding me? It was a high-impact T-bone that broke my arm and I went to the hospital by ambulance from the scene. I'm lucky to be alive. The car was done. SCC kept at it with my insurance until they finally accepted that indeed the car was a total loss. I personally visited SCC location and met with Andre who was handling my estimate. I was shown around their state of the art facilities and the meticulous repair jobs they were doing on other vehicles that were there. SCC's definitely employs honest, hard working, professional yet very friendly and a pleasure to deal with people. Thank you Luis and Andre. Can't recommend them highly enough. Super A+
