Sonnie was super helpful and was quick with responses and what he needed and after everything was good to go he sent the check to the dealer overnight and process was quick and easy. Could not be more satisfied with how everything was handled!

I took out an auto loan with Reliable about 18 months ago. I haven’t missed a payment and would like to think I’ve been in good standing. Unexpectedly, the car I had the loan out on needed a repair that was over $2000. I called to ask for deferment of one months payment. They rejected this request and only offered me to take out another loan to make the payment or offered to make the payment one week later, which wouldn’t really help in such a situation. I expressed that I would have concern of taking out a loan with that has no understanding. Sunny, was rude and demanded a payment date multiple times from me. He threatened repossession of the car.
