I recently had an appointment here and was treated great. The women at the front showed empathy and did not pressure me into services when I felt I couldn't afford it. They waited patiently for my decision. I then made my way back for my procedure and from the nurse to the doctor they all made the experience easier and cared when I was in excruciating pain. They were amazing and kind from the front desk to the back office!
My overall experience was great and I’m happy it was as this was my very first experience with PP. I was just a tad nervous but everyone was very nice and helpful! The provider was great and informative, very very friendly along with all the staff. Very professional and polite, they eased my nervousness and made my care their priority.
My experience at planned parenthood was amazing Dr. K, Megan, Silvia, Rachel, and all of the staff were kind, caring, and mindful of my situation. I had a very unpleasant experience with my OB, and a friend suggested that I go to planned parenthood. I was the best decision I could have every made not only did I get the care that I needed, I was taught and shown what my care should look like, and how my body should respond to certain treatments, the best part was that I was affordable, I didn’t have to go into debt to get the care that I needed.
