Finding a place one can heal and grow stronger is hard to find. However, this studio and staff have done just that for me. I started my Pilates journey wanting to strengthen my ankles (one was still recovering from surgery) and my Physical Therapist had recommended Pilates as my next step. I tried various studios but none captivated me like Pilates Tempe. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. I remember being so scared of the machines and really my abilities. Each instructor worked with me and gave me courage to keep working on trusting myself on the reformer. They still give me courage to try new advanced moves on and off the reformer. This location has been WONDERFUL at helping! I called multiples locations to see which would be a good fit and they were the most responsive. Grace spent a long time on the phone going over the different classes and pricing and once I was there they made it so easy to get acquainted with everything. Grace reached out the day after my first class to check in. Very impressed!

I have been a member at Pilates Tempe for 4 years. Fantastic studio where you really benefit from the smaller class size. All the instructors are great! I love the variety of classes they offer and really appreciate the different types of class packages that they have available. Wonderful Studio!
