Jennifer was able to get me in last minute. I was so impressed with her kindness, communication, and professionalism. She did a dip powder manicure and a pedicure. I was so stressed when I walked in and I felt freaking amazing when I left. Thank you Jennifer!!!Services: Dip powder

I stopped by today to get a full set, and I am so happy with my experience! Jennifer was such a sweet lady, and you can tell she has lots of experience. I had a reference photo I showed her, and my nails turned out amazing! She did a great job and made sure I was truly happy with them. She made me very comfortable and I’ll definitely come back next time!Service: Acrylic nails

Some scream for ice cream, but I scream for pedicures! I was sooooooo excited to FINALLY be getting my feet done! It's been a while, a long while... (Shhhhhhh... don't tell nobody) LOL Since I was already in Tempe, I wanted to stay in the area, instead of driving across town to North Phoenix to go to the nail salon that I usually go to, (y'all know price gases are off the roof right now, so I ain't going out the way when it's not needed...) and this place was 6 mins away. I went around 1:30p/2:00p on a Wednesday and I was the only person in the shop. SCORE!! The lady greeted me and asked what service I'd like and sat me in a chair. She started some conversation but I'm really not the type to talk when I get my feet or hair done. I like to listen to my music and be on social media. But, she got the vibe after a few exchanges, and let me be, which I appreciated. The gel pedicure was $45, which included a leg and feet massage, first hands then hot rocks. I never had a massage with hot rocks before, so I really enjoyed it! It was very relaxing. Overall, the pedicure was nice! It was relaxing and nicely done. I'm leaving a 3 stars because I would've liked to get my toes scrubbed with a brush (she didn't use a brush, just like wipes, which I thought was weird...); I would've liked to get the bottom feet scrubbed a bit more; and the customer service wasn't exactly top tier. She stopped working on my pedicure a few times to be on the phone, and she was a little rude about the fact I couldn't place my foot down a certain way due to limited range of motion in my ankles, and I ain't like that. If you're doing a service for a person that is paying you, you need to be accommodating to that person's needs, or like why bother. So, if I was basing my review solely on customer service, it'd be a 2. But, because I enjoyed the pedicure, nonetheless, I'd leave them a 3. So, the big question is, would I go back here again? Maybe, if I was in the area. But, even then, I think I'd wanna try another place out first... Maybe if I get a different tech next time, the experience may be more pleasant... But, I would tell people to check the place out if they were in the neighborhood. The prices and affordable and the work is overall good.
